Stage 1 of Back 2 Basics is 4 weeks duration. It is the strictest and in some ways the most challenging part of Back 2 Basics, BUT also very rewarding. There will be some things you are advised not to eat during this stage, and we may reintroduce them later during stage 2 and 3. You will be introduced to mindful eating and food planning and some basic recipes that are phase 1 compliant. This is the start of your journey…. how exciting! It’s great to have you on board.
